Job Overview:
The Matt Laricy Group is a high profile luxury residential group looking to hire a personable, and detailed oriented administrative assistant. This position will never be the same from day to day and will involve direct interaction with agents, clients, and other real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with considerable organizational skills and will be capable of managing a number of responsibilities simultaneously. Duties require strong organizational skills, communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work quickly, proactively and positively with employees at all levels in the company.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Minimum at least 2 years experience in a related support position
  • Multi-task in a very fast-paced environmentExcellent phone manners
  • Basic Google knowledge including google docs, gmail, google calendar, google excel, sharing on google
  • Basic dropbox knowledge
  • Able to take data and put into Excel spreadsheets
  • Polished, professional demeanor and poise required for a client-facing role
  • Proactive go-getter; no task is too big or too small
  • Able to check emails outside of regular working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive scheduling, calendar, and meeting management
  • Daily client contact
  • Support a team of 10 people
  • Follow up with other real estate professional to maintain listings information
  • Maintain back end information on websites like Zillow, Redfin, Realtor
  • Perform general admin duties in office; such as, data entry, filing, copying, faxing, mailings, etc
  • Assisting with offers & listing preparation
  • Able to write inspiring real estate listing description
  • Develop positive internal and external relationships
  • Wear many hats: keep the office running
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Small maintenance jobs around the office
  • Back up other admin staff as needed
  • Assist with special projects as neededExisting knowledge on how to use Midwest Real Estate Data LLC helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
