- Accounts Payable
- Office Management, including stocking shelves, ordering and distributing office supplies,
- Reception desk duties.
- Troubleshoot and report office management issues and engage responsible entities to solve problems.
- Maintain and document procedures.
- Set up and breakdown meeting rooms for A / V, seating and refreshments.
- Screens incoming calls and mail. Deals with minor inquiries. Directs calls and mail where necessary.
- Composes correspondence for semi-routine matters.
- Able to supply information in supervisor's absence.
- Makes travel arrangements.
- Works on projects of a recurring nature.
- May research information from several sources for projects.
- May monitor budget.
- Create digital signage for office. Also physical signage when necessary.
- Other miscellaneous office duties.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Demonstrated strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills required.
Position requires knowledge of personal computer / software including Microsoft office products.
Customer focused professionalism is a primary requirement.
