What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at Ameriprise Financial?
We are looking for a results driven Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Our LFP Accountant will be responsible for auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with accounting and be able to provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows our business, while ensuring compliant tax rules and regulations. This role reports directly to the CITO. Remote work option or located in any of our LFP offices. Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary for this role is $50,000 - $100,000 / year. Base salaries are determined in part based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
