ASI Landscape Management is currently seeking a full time Client Relations Manager. We are currently looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to add value to our Maintenance Division in Orlando, Fl.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Client Relations Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing crews which provide a variety of landscape maintenance and related services, including ongoing and general upkeep of commercial client properties. The CRM ensures delivery of quality services while adhering to production schedules, monitoring crew performance, reaching efficiency goals, and driving consistent safety procedures.
KNOWLEDGE AREAS: Principles, practices, and methods associated with customer service; landscape management (e.g., grounds maintenance, horticulture, irrigation systems); safe work practices involving equipment, tools, and chemicals; basic mathematics; contract administration; business trends within the landscape industry;; business ethics; basic math; personal accountability; Windows Operating System, and the Microsoft Office suite; business writing; business management (e.g., revenue, costs, gross margin); job quality standards; proposals, job quality, and enhancements; project/time management; and Company customer service objectives, norms, and strategies.
SKILLS: Communicate effectively in verbal, non-verbal, and written form; design, implement, and evaluate an entire customer service management program; persuade, influence, and negotiate with others; analyze data and interpret statistics correctly; work independently; be well organized to convey attention to detail; project management; build and maintain effective relationships with clients and corporate staff; conduct training and make formal client presentations; work with Windows and the Microsoft Office suite; earn prospective clients’ trust; attend walk-throughs and customer meetings; make effective presentations; provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients’ needs are fulfilled in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion by demonstrating courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: A minimum of six (6) years' experience in the land care industry is desired. Specific experience in maintenance, irrigation, and installation is strongly preferred. Computer literacy skills with proficiencies in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook are required.
