Your daily responsibilities include:
- Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate written and verbal information effectively.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
- Ability to identify circumstances or incidents that require the notification and/or approval of others.
- Must have excellent business communication skills and strong time management skills.
- Ability to obtain support for ideas and actions from subordinates, peers, or superiors in order to accomplish a task or goal.
- Uses diplomacy and tact to build constructive and effective relationships including during high-tension situations.
- Strong leadership skills that allow them to build a strong rapport with their team members to facilitate a strong team.
- Oversee the training of new team members through the use of the department training manual
- Maintain AAA Four Diamond guest service requirements and standards.
- At times may have to perform the duties of bell attendant, guest service agent, call center agent and gift shop clerk.
- Fills all reasonable guest requests and follows up to resolve guest complaints.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Facilities and Player Development on a daily basis to manage room inventory.
- Proficiently utilize HOTSOS to submit work orders.
- Conduct and participate in approved and required departmental training
- Ensure department team members are properly trained in approved and required programs to assure their proficiency in their assigned tasks.
- Ability to adjust or balance the size of staff on a daily basis in order to maximize productivity or control labor costs without sacrificing customer service.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years hotel experience is preferred
- Experience with a LMS reservations system is preferred
- Preferable one (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience in a guest service based environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
- Possession of and ability to maintain a valid State-issued Driver’s license.
- Must successfully pass background and motor-vehicle report (MVR) check.
- Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening. - Must be at least 21 years of age.
