• Oversee the training of new team members through the use of the department training manual
• Maintain AAA Four Diamond guest service requirements and standards.
• At times may have to perform the duties of bell attendant, guest service agent, call center agent and gift shop clerk.
• Fills all reasonable guest requests and follows up to resolve guest complaints.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Facilities and Player Development on a daily basis to manage room inventory.
• Proficiently utilize HOTSOS to submit work orders.
• Conduct and participate in approved and required departmental training
• Ensure department team members are properly trained in approved and required programs to assure their proficiency in their assigned tasks.
• Ability to adjust or balance the size of staff on a daily basis in order to maximize productivity or control labor costs without sacrificing customer service.

• Two (2) years hotel experience is preferred
• Experience with a LMS reservations system is preferred
• Preferable one (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience in a guest service based environment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Possession of and ability to maintain a valid State-issued Driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass background and motor-vehicle report (MVR) check.
• Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening. - Must be at least 21 years of age.
