The HR Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for Ameritas associates to answer general questions and process requests in regard to company policies, practices, and programs.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
(This position will train majority in the office, then will move to a hybrid work environment)
What you do
- Responsible for timely and accurate communications with associates and managers.
- Provides day-to-day HR support.
- Process requests timely and accurately to ensure data integrity.
- Research and resolve issues by interacting with associates and other HR areas.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR processes, systems, initiatives, and HR strategies.
- Document all interactive interactions with associates and managers.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure they are current.
- Adhere to HR Service Center metrics.
What you bring
- HS Diploma required
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Previous Human Resource experience desired
