We are seeking qualified Carpenter/Electricians with specific commercial and restaurant renovation experience. The ideal candidate will have worked on all aspects of construction.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee timely completion of projects
* Instruct inexperienced helpers on proper methods for completing tasks
* Coordinate with Project Managers on the current status of the projects
* Ensure the businesses are able to open in the morning with no disruptions
Requirements:
* Restaurant equipment knowledge
* Ke2 Temps/Therms - EMS is a plus
* Some Drywall and FRP installation experience is a plus
* Acoustical ceiling installation experience is a plus
* 5 years of electrical experience is a plus
* Carpentry experience
* Plumbing knowledge
* Mechanical knowledge
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Possess own tools
* Able to pass a background check
* Work in tandem with other team members
* Willing to travel anywhere
