Job Description:
** $1,000 Sign-On Bonus **
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possesses a current WI RN license. BLS required. ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Experience:
Prefer 1 year of directly related experience; demonstrates keyboarding skill and computer knowledge. Prefer progressive care or high observation unit experience.
Position Summary: This candidate will be responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Also directs and guides patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel. Assumes resource nurse responsibilities as needed.
