POSITION PURPOSE:
Reporting to the HR Director, this position will be responsible for developing robust and creative recruiting strategies to fill positions in a variety of competitive markets. This role will primarily recruit for AmesburyTruth’s professional roles at multiple locations around the United States. This can be a REMOTE based position, that would include limited travel.
The work you will get to do:
- Lead the full life cycle recruiting process through clearly defined metrics to source, identify, and qualify quality candidates for the company roles
- Candidate sourcing, including position requisitions, postings, resume sourcing, interviewing, job offers, pre-employment activities and onboarding
- Partner and consult with hiring managers and leverage those relationships to understand business and recruitment needs to develop robust recruiting strategies
- Prepare reports documenting recruitment activity and recommendations for process improvement and innovation in recruiting function
- Develop alternative, relevant and effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Develop implement market specific recruiting strategies that will include social media, job boards, employee referrals, national searches, and industry networking
- Support the company’s equitable hiring and diversity and inclusion efforts by developing network with professional organizations, public service agencies and diversity channels
- Evaluate applicants and provide fit recommendations, ensuring compliance with company policies as well as State and Federal regulations
- Support new hire programs/on-boarding and internal employee development initiatives where appropriate with HR Site Leaders
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize current applicant tracking and onboarding systems.

QUALIFICATIONS / PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 5 Years of previous recruiting experience - must have full recruitment cycle experience (Researching/Sourcing/Screening/Coordination/Closing candidates)
- Experience working in or with a manufacturing company
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
