As part of the Global Commercial Loyalty & Benefits team in GCS Product Management, the Global B2B Value and Partner Management team is responsible for leading our B2B value strategy, managing market-leading loyalty offerings for our commercial clients, managing partner relationships, and delivering new partner value.
As the Director, Global B2B Value and Partner Management, you will lead a team of three and be responsible for:
Leading B2B value strategy for Card (across Business and Corporate)
Prioritizing B2B needs to address through partnership; collaborating with BD to define pipeline and source value
Leading delivery of cross-market/product partner offer/benefit launches
Managing and growing our partner offer programs (Amex Offers for Business and Savings at Work)
Owning GCS Dell and FedEx relationships globally
Managing Dell benefit across five markets
Collaborating with partner teams including Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, GMNS, Product Management, Finance, Marketing, Tech, and Servicing
Staying connecting with Consumer to facilitate GCS opportunities with Product where relevant
Qualifications:
