Responsibilities
- Utilize market knowledge and cold calling techniques to generate leads and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, both within the existing customer base and through outside sales efforts.
-Provide training in software use and follow to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge.
- Work closely with the retail sales team to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility.
- Utilize inside sales skills to support and augment outside sales efforts.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on market and territory sales.
- Strong lead generation skills, with the ability to cold call and build new relationships.
- Excellent sales management and business development skills.
- Experience in technology and computer.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with sales software and tools.
- Speak Spanish and English
