Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Claims Compliance Coordinator to join the Claims Compliance team. The selected individual will be responsible for the coordination of claims compliance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, directives and rulings, among other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary claims governance, risk and compliance (GRC) specialist
• Monitor external sources to remain current on changes to federal, state, and local claims laws
• Ensure maintenance of Amica and state regulatory claims standards
• Communicate with Claims Executive, vertical, and other compliance personnel
• Prepare reports
• Handle various claims projects, reviews, and other duties as required

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work independently
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with claims operations and procedures preferred.
• Commitment to improving one’s professional knowledge, skills, and competencies through continuing education
