Amica is searching for talented individuals for our Associate Team Manager position in our countrywide branch offices as part of our Future Leaders Program. An Associate Team Manager class is scheduled for January 2023.
This Future Leaders Program begins with six weeks of paid hands-on training at our headquarters in Rhode Island.

Location is determined during the training class. Work from home may be available up to one day a week once trained to work independently.
Your Role
- Ensure that customers and their most valued possessions are protected.
Your Responsibilities
- Coach and lead a team of representatives with varying levels of experience to meet sales and service goals.
- Evaluate new-business applications and complex files to determine acceptable insurance risks.
- Identify and implement motivational techniques to increase employee engagement.
- Conduct team and one-on-one meetings on a regular basis.
- Review representatives’ recorded calls to identify coaching and development opportunities.
- Work closely with representatives and customers to resolve inquiries related to sales and customer service.
- Oversee completion of incoming files to ensure proper handling.
- Update and train the team on job-related changes as needed.
Salary
An annual salary of $56,000.

- Bachelor’s degree, any major
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Willingness and ability to relocate across the U.S.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
