Compensation Analyst

• Research, analyze, and make recommendations for compensation policies and programs.
• Assist management with new job creation and ensure appropriate documentation.
• Assign pay range and recommend pay rates.
• Perform job market analysis.
• Participate in salary surveys and evaluate data in order to determine compensation rates and pay grade assignments.
• Research and evaluate new or changing compensation practices and policies.
• Monitor compliance and changes in applicable laws and regulations.
• Process compensation changes and corrections.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling highly sensitive information, including compensation pay design and individual pay/benefits information.
• Advise HR partners, recruiters, supervisors, and managers on pay decisions, policies, trends, and market based position evaluations.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

• 2-3 years of Compensation experience preferred.
