What You Will Do
Participates in the management and implementation of safety management in various areas that may include fire safety, first aid, ergonomics, chemical safety and biohazard control.
- Assist with developing, implementing, monitoring, and managing the safety program(s), policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the safety program(s) and participates in safety initiatives.
- Conduct education and in-services as necessary.
- Research and recommend safety equipment.
- Maintain safety and accident records.
What You Will Need
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience preferred.
