You will oversee the operations and maintenance of a portfolio of applications in an Agile environment to improve performance and availability of critical applications and timely resolution of issues and outages. You will interact with product development teams, network services, cybersecurity, and customer service teams to coordinate operations and maintenance of deployed systems.

What your day might include...
- Create, edit, and submit Change Requests in ServiceNow.
- Identify artifacts and documentation needed for upcoming releases.
- Speak in front of Change Advisory and Change Control Boards.
- Maintain relationships between yourself and development teams for the required artifacts in unique releases.
- Act as the administrative clearinghouse for both External and Internal releases within the combined systems of product families.
- Act as the subject matter for standard operating procedures and processes, working in tandem with adjacent and higher echelons of the portfolio.
- Support internal IT, Product, and Shared Services teams with operational support issues.
- Primary interconnection between Product Teams and ASF Operations Shared Services.
- Work with the Release Managers, Product Teams, and Production teams to support Product releases into the field.
- Engage in incident support for end users as needed across portfolio of systems.
- Responsible for operations support metrics and Portfolio service desk ticket queues.
- Interact with Portfolio Owner about scheduling events for release activities
You'll Bring These Qualifications...
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 years related technical experience
- Experience with supporting production deployed applications
- Experience managing release activities in an Agile environment Current and relevant experience with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) applications.
