About the Position As the Director of Solutions Marketing, you will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies for Managed Services, Financial Crimes Advisor, and technology offerings. You will leverage expertise in product knowledge, customer personas, and industry insights to drive successful campaigns and sales enablement. The Solutions Marketing team serves as the voice of our customers, and they are experts at communicating the value of our Managed Services, Financial Crimes Advisory, Technology, and Third-party Risk offerings. Primary Responsibilities Designing, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the marketing strategy. Establishing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment in partnership with the Director of Campaign Planning and Operations. Creating content strategies and content for target customer personas that advance business objectives. Leading a high-performing marketing team and ensuring effective coordination with other marketing, sales, and product leaders to ensure coordination and alignment with overall business activities. Staying up to date on market trends and competitors; gathering insights to inform marketing decisions. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, positioning AML RightSource as a thoughtful leader and trusted partner in the financial crime compliance space. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, account management, sales, or business development within the financial services industry, with a focus on financial crime compliance. Proven track record of success in managing and growing relationships with cross-functional business partners. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels of an organization. Experience leading and managing a team, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop talent. Willingness to travel as needed to support business efforts.
