Our people are our product, and the Human Resources Generalist plays a key role by providing a broad range of services from talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, record-keeping, and reporting for our team.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will:
· Own all aspects of talent acquisition, onboarding and employment records.
· Create a customer service experience like no other as you interact with team members
WHAT YOU BRING TO AMOREM:
· HR and talent acquisition experience required, Paylocity experience preferred
· High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree strongly preferred
· High attention to detail
· Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
