The Marketing & Digital Commerce Group at Advantage Solutions is building a new Talent Acquisition Team to source and hire the best possible talent for 15 agency and brand businesses (including AMP Agency!) focused on integrated agency services including but not limited to: digital marketing, retail media, data & analytics, creative, UX/CX and eCommerce.
We have a number of Fulltime (40 Hours) and Part-Time (20 Hours) Professional Recruiter roles, perm and contract for candidates with full cycle recruiting experience in an agency environment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing. The recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and understand diversity hiring strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions on a National scale, working across agency brands
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in partnership with the HMs
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job platforms
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Keep up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
- Perform reference checks, as needed
Requirements/Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). Must have marketing, technology and/or advertising agency experience.
- Experience in sourcing agency hires with specific skill sets (design, UX/CX, analytics, etc.)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems or Human Resource Management Systems
- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
