Responsibilities

Understand business strategy, business outcomes, customer and regulatory needs
Represent the business and customer being a voice with the team to ensure alignment with desired outcomes
Prioritization of team backlog
Ensures stories are well formed and aligned with the desired business outcomes
Accepts backlog items as being complete
Responsible for overall quality of the delivered solution and alignment with business objectives
Actively collaborates with team members to ensure backlog items are refined and understood
Participates in sprint planning, sprint demo, sprint refinement, sprint retrospectives, PO syncs
Supports and encourages the team in continuous improvement to more efficiently and effectively achieve business outcomes
Is the key person to link and maintain the relationship between journey leadership and the agile delivery team
Drives organized and effective requirements to build the solution
Source for business logic, requirements, analysis, testing features once ready etc.
