Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Talent Acquisition Manager to support our global hiring efforts on a temporary basis. This role is crucial in ensuring our talent acquisition processes run smoothly.
This position will be primarily focused on the administrative, tactical responsibilities of day-to-day recruiting process, with some support of strategy and continuous improvement tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a keen understanding of embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into hiring practices.
Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end recruitment support, in close partnership with contract recruiters and coordinators, across multiple regions and functions.
Collaborate with the TA leader to implement talent acquisition strategies that align with our company’s vision and values.
Partner with hiring managers to help them through the requisition process.
Work to ensure all hiring practices are inclusive and equitable.
Monitor and report on recruitment trends and metrics to the TA leader, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple regions and functions.
Workday, Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking System experience (Workday and Smart Recruiters preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of DEI principles and their application in recruitment.
Experience working in the technology, semiconductor, or a similarly fast-paced and innovative industry.
Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational global team.
Experience in managing recruitment processes across multiple regions or countries, understanding of global talent markets, and the ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.
Previous management experience helpful.
