Description:
Remote to start, plan is to be able to work onsite when restrictions are lifted
Duties include :
Calendar management, with shifting priorities and deadlines, booking complex domestic/international travel once a quarter. managing travel details and managing expenses. Able to quickly and accurately assess the importance of a phone call, email, or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties.
Strong capability working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and finance systems. Purchase orders, scheduling meetings.
Coordinating team or team building activities when back onsite. General administrative duties such as order supplies, CR coordination, ability to take meeting notes or minutes, highly organized, able to multi task, supporting 5 reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School or Equivalent
3 years of administrative support/assistance experience.
Experience with travel itineraries
Experience with calendaring/scheduling
Experience multitasking and supporting multiple stakeholders
Advanced proficiency Office 365
**Microsoft Teams experience
**Experience with SharePoint preferred
*** Prior Intel exp a huge plus.
