Customer Service / Fully Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $50K per year / Medical, dental & vision / PTO / 401k / Flexible schedule - As a Customer Support Associate you'll : Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and Amper's Hubspot support portal;
Interface with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported; Work with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions;
