Position Summary
Amplifi’s Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in the successful growth of the organization. You will be responsible for generating sales leads for new and existing clients by promoting Amplifi’s full range of services within a defined region.
Essential Responsibilities
- Generate leads by proactive outreach by leveraging networks, social media, email and phone. In close collaboration with Marketing and Alliances, seek new leads and continually add new business opportunities to the sales pipeline.
- Engage with clients and prospective new clients to define their requirements and qualify leads through the pipeline. Develop presentations and written proposals highlighting Amplifi’s capabilities and value proposition.
- Respond timely to inbound leads from marketing and continue to nurture leads to progress into new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a timely and polished RFIs, RFPs, ITTs etc. response.
- Prepare and coordinate project handover activities of new clients and/or projects with Area Directors or Area Vice Presidents.
- Lead internal sales calls highlighting early-stage pipeline movement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Amplifi’s CRM system.
Necessary Skills / Attributes
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Time management and planning skills
- Outgoing personality that’s not afraid to meet and speak to new people
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Salesforce and HubSpot proficiency
- Experience with ZoomInfo
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields
Travel
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
