Amplify's Supply Chain Operations team is seeking a Change Management Specialist, to execute effective change management and communication plans, as well as deliver cross-functional information sharing that will successfully prepare teams for transformational change. This role will report to the Director of Change Management and Communications. We are looking for someone who is skilled in communicating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for technical and non-technical audiences. Works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality project outcomes that are delivered on time to support strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:Handle the day to-day administration of Change Management communications and monitoring
Develop change management plans
Coordinate change management initiatives
Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives
Implement research-based change management strategies and methodologies to support organizational initiatives and projects
Build resources to provide visibility and insight into organizational changes
Support communication efforts across teams
Develop and maintain strong understanding of organizational processes in order to support the learning and development needs of teams and individuals
Create impactful communication and reporting methods to maintain organizational alignment on ongoing initiatives.
Coordinate efforts to share updates with leadership
Support the development and maintenance of a library of process documentation
Support efforts to provide visibility and insight into change management outcomes
Support efforts to build an internal community and culture of change management
Provide resources to initiative teams regarding process updates and the associated approach to change management
Bachelor's degree with a major in education, ed-tech, or related field
Knowledge of change management methodologies, quality management and processes
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve valuable results
Experience designing opportunities for colleagues to develop their knowledge and skills needed in their current role
Demonstrated proficiency in use of technology-based productivity tools such as Considerable knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated success leading, and supporting key stakeholders with emphasis on change management
Demonstrated analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills
Experience collaborating with and influencing senior leadership
Shown success record in a solution-based environment
Understanding of adult learning principles and experience applying them when delivering learning experiences
Experience working in the education technology field
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Expertise with technologies and tools such as Google apps, Trello, etc. required to effectively lead projects and provide clear and concise communications to teams and key partners
Strong presenting, writing, and communication skills
A deep understanding of how change processes impact an organization's environment and culture
Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience analyzing data and using it to inform practice
Demonstrated flexibility and creativity in building new projects
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
