Senior Planning Analyst

If end date is listed, the posting will come down at 12:00 am on that date: The Senior Planning Analyst's primary responsibility is to support the Customer Experience and Digital organization with execution of strategic priorities and own and execute organization-wide strategic planning processes. This position will report to the Manager, Strategy and will work in partnership with other planning teams to support the overall organization. The focus for this specific role will be to support Customer Experience organization related strategic initiatives and analysis. Key responsibilities include: Support, organize and execute on initiatives and efforts involving senior leadership, including: Determine due dates for deliverables and coordinate review sessions. Work with teams to collect presentations and content for agenda topics to ensure robust and effective discussion. Manage action item tracker and follow up with teams on status of actions from leadership meetings. Own and execute organization-wide strategic planning processes and initiatives, in close partnership with the Customer Experience & Digital leadership and strategy teams, including: Annual business planning effort Annual strategy whitepaper refresh process Ongoing scorecard process Create and manage roles and responsibilities / RACI documents for strategic planning processes to ensure role clarity across the organization. Conduct analysis across workstreams to identify inconsistencies, gaps, risks, and themes. Manage and publish recurring organization-wide deliverables, deadlines, and expectations to leadership to communicate upcoming deliverables and responsibilities. Partner and drive simplification/consolidation of Senior Leadership requests from the Strategy and Enablement team to ensure timely reviews and feedback. Support the Chief of Staff with staying apprised of issues and concerns that may arise within the operations to help mitigate and respond as appropriate. Support Chief of Staff with preparing for senior leadership meetings Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required 5 or more years of relevant experience, e.g. planning, project management, analysis In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong credibility with executive-level leaders. Proven business acumen with strong decision-making, problem solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, with ability to build relationships and interact with peers and leaders. Expert knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Ability to work independently.
