Paid Volunteer Time After your first year of employment you will receive paid volunteer hours each year to participate in TMG Cares Events that give back to the community.
As an Association Administrator Your Average Day will Include:
- High volume of phone and email communication with vendors, Owners, and Boards daily.
- Proof, edit and process several types of correspondence and mailings for multiple Associations as needed.
- Obtains bids, create, and sends work orders and assist managers in overseeing projects and activities of contract service representatives such as landscapers, exterminators, trash collectors, major repair contractors, utility service repairers, and swimming pool staff.
- Submit reservation requests for Board and Owner meetings and arrange for a location as needed.
- Attend Board meetings at least once per quarter, and as requested by Board and/or Manager (most meetings are remote via Zoom or Go to Meeting).
- Create and maintain various detailed reports, take inventories, and update specific reference spreadsheets and lists.
- Document all correspondence in the Owner database and track time daily.
