As a Member Services Administrator Your Average Day will Include:
- Provides exceptional customer service by answering multi-line, high volume telephone calls with a friendly & professional tone of voice, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel, department, or division.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel and may escort them to the appropriate office, lounge, or conference room.
- provides light technical support to clients, logging on to their portal, making payments, etc.
- Receives, monitors, and stores supplies, recycles toner and orders supplies for the office.
- Maintains applicable databases and updates websites.
- Manages and updates department calendars as well as coordinates online meetings for clients, managers, etc.
- Creates various detailed reports related to Homeowner Boards, Employee and owner information, and website updates.
- Completes special projects for operational support.
- Processes incoming mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes and occasionally processes outgoing mail.
- Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
- Responsible for daily tracking of non-billable and billable time.
