Job Title: Member Services Administrator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

As a Member Services Administrator Your Average Day will Include:

  • Provides exceptional customer service by answering multi-line, high volume telephone calls with a friendly & professional tone of voice, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel, department, or division.
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel and may escort them to the appropriate office, lounge, or conference room.
  • provides light technical support to clients, logging on to their portal, making payments, etc.
  • Receives, monitors, and stores supplies, recycles toner and orders supplies for the office.
  • Maintains applicable databases and updates websites.
  • Manages and updates department calendars as well as coordinates online meetings for clients, managers, etc.
  • Creates various detailed reports related to Homeowner Boards, Employee and owner information, and website updates.
  • Completes special projects for operational support.
  • Processes incoming mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes and occasionally processes outgoing mail.
  • Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
  • Responsible for daily tracking of non-billable and billable time.
