Description/Scope:
The scope of this effort encompasses a range of professional services to support the Analysis Division including, but not limited to the following: provide professional services to support CBRN risk assessments, gap analyses, assist with refining, expanding and mapping to CBRN architectures, create operational views (OV-1s), conduct capabilities-based analysis (CBA), and provide analysis and reports to inform the “planning” phase in the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) cycle.
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overall program management, technical oversight, quality control, contract administration and costs of the project. Responsibilities include:
- Manage a team of 8-10 personnel.
- Maintain close consultation with the customer and senior management
- Ensure the success of the goals and objectives of the program
- Plan and direct technological improvements and project management implementation
- Manage a diverse group of functional activities and subordinate groups of technical and administrative personnel
- Organize and control the overall activities of the contract
- Combine solid grounding in accepted program management methodology with experience in both private and Government programs
- Consult with the customer to ensure conformity to contractual obligations and establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers
