What are the responsibilities and job description for the Broker Liaison position at Amstat Inc.?
AMSTAT, Inc., a subsidiary of CAMP Systems International Inc., is the worldwide leader in providing researched market information to the business aviation industry. We are currently seeking a Broker Liaison. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a professional relationship with the aircraft professional, inputting aircraft specifications into internal program, and updating aircraft status via email/phone, outgoing and incoming.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with the aircraft professional on a weekly basis to update on their existing fleet
- Enter aircraft for sale on a daily basis
- Answer and Process incoming emails from the aircraft professional
- Confirm exclusives with owner/operator of aircraft
- Keep updated on new equipment
- Build and maintain relationships with the aircraft professional
Requirements
- You must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and organized
- You must possess the desire to learn about the technical side of corporate aviation
- Experience in and a passion for the aviation industry is highly desirable
- You must have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and in using the internet are requirements
