About the position:
HRIS BA
Duration - 6 Months
Location: Dallas, TX- 6 days onsite per month-hybrid remote (Downtown Dallas)
Description:
HRIS- Workday is the system of record. This person will be the process alignment and improvement supporting the system. HR and Workday background is imperative for success.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience within financial services, capital markets, and/or asset management preferred
Must possess very strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with business process reengineering initiatives; modeling and analyzing (as-is/to-be) processes, mapping primary and exception workflows, and identifying business rules is required
Experience with systems project management preferred
Experience with automated workflow solutions is preferred
Experience with SQL is preferred.
Experience developing training curriculum and material is a plus
