Overview
This position provides analytical, underwriting and administrative support to our AmTrust Cyber Underwriting team. Implements policies and procedures set forth by the AVP of Cyber Underwriting.
Works with UW team for both admitted and non admitted accounts, processing within our AmTrust Rating System, ANA, to produce quotes, binders and policies.
Responsible for making sure the final delivery of policy documents meat expectations of both the AmTrust Cyber Underwriter and our external broker, wholesalers and agents.
Interacts professionally with internal business partners, including thew AmTrust Cyber UW and Management team.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities :
Monitor and maintain AmTrust Cyber Submission inbox. Intake, review, clear accounts and provide confirmation to assigned AmTrust Underwriter
- Track and report all system issues within the ANA rating system. Escalating if needed and providing a workaround / solution to the UW and broker or record.
- Request IDs as needed for new broker / agents and / or new office locations of brokers / agents throughout regions
- Contribute to and take ownership of all additional tasks that are assigned
Qualifications
Job Requirements :
BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to thrive in a structured environment by utilizing organizational skills
- Highly analytical and possesses critical thinking skills
