As a CCS, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service while managing a large volume of incoming calls, identifying a customer?s needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication, providing solutions to customer complaints, recording customer interactions, and processing payments.
