Join our Brokerage team in Atlanta, GA. This position is in-office, with a hybrid schedule once training is complete.

Each Marketing Broker provides vital team functions:
- Work closely with our retailers and markets to design and optimize insurance programs
- Work with a seasoned and highly successful team of producers and marketing brokers
- Passionate desire to interact and develop relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
- Natural negotiator, comfortable anticipating and navigating beyond initial responses
- Highly organized and a proficient multi-tasker
- Delivery of outstanding customer service
- Values travel and networking events with retailers and underwriters such as lunches, dinners, concerts, sporting events, golf events, charity events, etc
- Determine coverage needs and develop proposals
- Research and answer questions received from retailers, carriers and producers
- Participate in client meetings
- Prepare marketing summaries and other client deliverables
- Create schematics for layered/shared property programs
- Develop loss summary and loss analysis exhibits
- Receive and respond to calls/requests from underwriters and retail producers concerning problems, delays, discrepancies, etc. and provide resolution so that all parties are satisfied
- Involvement with our service unit and underwriters in the event of complicated endorsement requests
- Internal motivation to become one of the very best marketing brokers in the country

We are looking for people with:
- 3-5 years of wholesale property insurance experience
- Broadly understand property insurance coverages and programs
- Licensed within 90 days of hire
- Travel when necessary
