What are the responsibilities and job description for the RF Systems & Engineer position at Analog Devices?
Analog Devices (NASDAQ: ADI) designs and manufactures semiconductor products and solutions. We enable our customers to interpret the world around us by intelligently bridging the physical and digital worlds with unmatched technologies that sense, measure and connect.
Analog Devices is a market leader in Telecommunications Infrastructure, where we have built the industrys leading radio solutions to address the growing capacity demand for 5G and beyond. We are committed to provide superior technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery, and cost to our customers. The Wireless Systems Group in the Wireless Communications Business Unit is responsible for developing new technology and applications of artificial intelligence for wireless infrastructure communications. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to solve problems at the intersection of wireless communications and RF systems with focus on AI/ML Intelligent Edge Opportunities including but not limited to RF Signal Chain Enhancement, Radio Access Network Optimization and Automation, Automated Signal Classification.
As a member of a Wireless Systems Group (WSG), you will have opportunities to work alongside industry experts and the various product teams inside the wireless organization. You will be involved with many aspects of the system development process, including, planning, sourcing, debugging/test, and documentation of both the algorithm validation platform and the algorithm development. Close interaction with algorithm developers, system architects, application and marketing engineers is expected. You will be the person that brings the theoretical algorithm development to a real-world implementation. The role will include collaboration with product teams at other ADI sites and possibly also with customers, either of which may require occasional travel.
