Anaplan is seeking an experienced Stock Administrator to assist with all aspects of the equity function including special projects. The Stock Administrator will be a key liaison between Accounting, Payroll, HR and Legal. Insight on your impact
You’ll be key to Anaplan’s daily operations to help employees realize the value of their equity. You’ll be involved in projects to streamlineand enhanceAnaplan’sequityfunction. You will also:
- Administer the company’s equity plans via the E*TRADE Equity Edge database and always ensure accuracy.
- Work closely with the company’s internal and external business partners to proactively manage the equity function.
- Support employees’ deeper understanding of equity awards by delivering engaging and thoughtful employee equity training.
- Ensure internal controls and procedures follow Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
- Participate in initiatives to improve processes, create best practices with effective SOX controls and assist with automation of routine work streams.
- Prepare essential month end and quarter end reconciliations of equity data and respond to data requests from our trusted business partners.
- Assist with data integrationenhancements to support timely and accurate data processing.
Your qualifications, your influence
- To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills.
- 2 years of experience in stock administration in a publicly traded company.
- Certified Equity Professional(CEP), a plus.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with stock options, RSUs and ESPP. Performance equity a plus.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of materials and information.
- Able to work independently and effectively with a range of individuals.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight dead lines.
- Strong Excel, analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail required.
- Strong customer focus, organization skills, work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with EEO is essential.
