The Manager on Duty plays a critical role in servicing and retaining our exclusive membership base.
Job Responsibilities:
Train, hire and supervise front desk staff
Manage front desk schedule
Professionally welcome members and guests, answer phones
Maintain a professional appearance and neat front desk
Manage and reply to all freeze and billing inquiries; handle all past due memberships
Walk facility hourly to monitor any equipment issues that need to be addressed or problems/complaints that need to be addressed
Provide a weekly inventory count of all concessions and apparel to General Manager
