You will work closely with patients to assess their health needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and provide education on self-care and preventative measures.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Conduct initial patient assessments and screenings2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians3. Educate patients on medication use, disease management, and preventative care4. Assist with minor procedures and treatments5. Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments6. Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and specialists7. Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records8. Provide support and guidance to patients and their families9.
