What’s the Opportunity?
The Human Resources team at Anchor QEA is growing and is adding an HR Coordinator to the team. This position serves as a key support role for the HR team. This is an opportunity for an individual who enjoys interacting with people and doing administrative work. This role brings new talent to our organization and requires someone who can multi-task with ease and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting process in our applicant tracking system, including posting new position, monitoring progress, and final disposition
- Coordinate candidate interview scheduling
- Conduct first phone screens for interview candidates
- Draft and send candidate offer letters and manage new hire documentation
- Manage full onboarding cycle for new employee, including scheduling with multiple interviewers across multiple time zones, new hire paperwork, background checks, orientation scheduling, E-Verify, and I-9 verification.
- Manage email for recruiting
- Make travel arrangements for candidates
- Works closely with internal and external recruiters and the on-boarding team.
- Ensuring accuracy for HRIS data and the ability to run reports
- Other duties as assigned
What Are We Looking For?
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- 2-5 Years of experience in an HR Administrative Capacity
- BA/ BS or equivalent experience
- BambooHR and Paychex experience preferred
- High organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Approachable and friendly presence
- Proactive and strong communication skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Reporting
- Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees within and outside the organization.
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Willingness to problem solve and make suggestions for improvements.

Position Type
This is a full-time, position located in Irvine, California office. Company standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time.

Salary and Other Compensation:
- Salary Range: $58,000 - $72,000
- Annual Bonus

Base Level Benefits for Regular Full-Time Positions:
