The role of uPerform Solutions Consultant is an exciting and diverse role supporting the customer success, services, sales and marketing efforts.
The successful candidate will take a creative, collaborative and client-centric approach to provide forward-looking business solutions to help maximize uPerform adoption and retention. This candidate will work closely with uPerform’s pre and post-sale teams to develop and deliver solutions to meet our customers’ and partners’ business and technology goals. To be effective, the candidate will be able to position uPerform after an analysis of the customer’s business goals, objectives, and needs of the business environment; offering software and service solutions as they relate to our customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand the current and future technical challenges for clients, be able to formulate and execute an overarching technical strategy to feature uPerform as a customer-specific solution.
Articulate the technical architecture of uPerform to partners and end clients in efforts to ensure successful transition from solutions to deployment.
Provide post-sales support by developing accurate and comprehensive designs and technical documentation that can be used as input to customer proposals and provide necessary detail and expectations to ensure an effective hand-off to the implementation team.
Responsible for various programs and initiatives that support uPerform company goals. Including continued adoption and expanded use within our client’s ecosystem.
Liaise with appropriate uPerform staff to assist with general marketing initiatives and advise on the most effective ways in which to communicate to the uPerform customer base and to build brand positively.
Organizational Support/Interaction:
Assists uPerform’s pre- and post sale teams to develop seamless integrations/solutions within a rich technology ecosystem to accelerate or expand uPerform usage.
Collaborates with the product development and design teams to identify and validate new integration possibilities.
Works closely with the sales, implementation, and technical success teams to enable integrations, test use cases, and document solutions and customer success stories.
Owns technical documentation, solutions testing, client implementation, and validation for new integrations/solutions
Works with the product team to design necessary interfaces/updates into uPerform and improve out the box features based on new learnings
Solicits and applies customer feedback (internal and external) to improve services and solution offerings.
Works collaboratively with success & sales leadership globally to share expertise, resources, best practices, market knowledge and other forms of effective commercial information.
Key Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Minimum three years of experience in technical consulting or technical professional services at SaaS company (preferably in the healthcare market).
Strong technical understanding of integration concepts: APIs (REST), authentication schemes, SSO, PowerBI, etc.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows OS, Server OS, Relational Databases (i.e., MS SQL), HTML, CSS, IIS, Python, JavaScript, and the ability to analyze log files.
Familiarity with VDI (Citrix or VMWare), Authentication (SAML, OAuth), and Active Directory.
Strong written communication skills, including procedure writing skills.
Strong verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to clearly present complex ideas in ways that end-user audiences understand.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Professional approach and a self-starter attitude.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work alone with clients or in a team environment.
Self-motivated, highly organized and analytical, with the ability to adapt and be creative to solve problems.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university.
