The Role
The CRM Manager will work with our Core CRM team to manage, develop and enhance our global CRM.
Must have the following level of expertise:
- Partner with Business Leadership & Stakeholders to drive efficiency through tooling and business process automation
- Manage consulting and vendor relationships
- Coordinate integrations into the Salesforce platform
- Develop, maintain, and drive forward a prioritized development roadmap
The Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or coursework in computer science, business management, marketing, communications or a related field
- 6 years' experience in Salesforce CRM Management position overseeing Salesforce Administrators & Developers and implementations
- 5 years' experience with vendor management
- Excellent communication skills & ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder conversations
- Strong experience integrating external systems and applications into Salesforce
- Strong experience in data management
- Not required but extremely helpful: Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, SAP
