Anderson Business Advisors is looking for a Web Designer with experience managing a portfolio of websites. We are a 20-year-old professional services company that has been very successful in the education and financial services space.
We're searching for a Web Designer capable of bringing our online brand to life. The exceptional candidate can provide clear examples of when they have used data and analytics to design and maintain several branded websites. Summary of role: A web designer who focuses on design and web conversions plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing and effective websites that generate leads, sales, or other desired actions from visitors. They use their expertise in design principles, user experience, and conversion optimization to create websites that not only look great but also effectively engage and convert visitors into clients.
Qualifications:
- Design, develop, and maintain the company's website with a focus on increasing conversions
- Developing visual concepts, graphics, and layout designs optimized for desktop and mobile web pages
- Create visual designs, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms that align with conversion goals
- Conduct research to identify new web design trends and best practices to increase conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the website meets company goals and objectives for lead generation and customer acquisition
- 2 Web design experience in Adobe CC - specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD
- 2 Years experience in WordPress development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience using conversions in Google Analytics
- Divi theme builder knowledge
- UX/UI experience
- Hubspot and Salesforce integration experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail is imperative
- Motivated and dependable team player
- Track online conversions and KPIs
- Comfortable working to meet tight deadlines
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm
- Although rare, some after-hours work may be required to meet deadlines
Additional Requirement:
- Please provide either a portfolio or links to previous sites you have built that show sales conversion pages and that reflect your individual work.

Work Environment:
- This job operates in a professional online environment. This role regularly uses a laptop as well as online cloud-based file management systems (such as Google Drive, etc) and participates regularly in online video-based (Zoom, Google Meet) calls. A computer, monitors, docking station, and accessories are provided via the employer for this role.
Salary:$70,000 - $80,000 based on experience
