You will have the opportunity to work in one of our Mesa offices with day time shift variations, evenings off, and weekends as needed.
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative - Sales Account Executive, you'll work within defined guidelines to provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for multiple Property & Casualty personal line products.
You will assist members with new and existing Farmers Insurance policies to deepen their relationship with the company.The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, and certifications.

Responsibilities

Requirement
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty licensing
- Willingness to obtain Life and Health licensing
- Time Management Skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals
- Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
