Duties and responsibilities
- Project manage university-wide marketing initiatives from planning to implementation in the areas of branding and enrollment marketing.
- Gather and analyze data/metrics to measure success of marketing campaigns through collaboration with the UC and marketing teams.
- Deploys university-wide social media initiatives for both undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Collaborate with University Communications and the Marketing team in developing and implementing marketing and communication projects.
- Manage working relationships with outside vendors to provide design, web support and marketing campaigns.
- Manges summer programs including website maintenance and promotional materials.
- Implement strategies to effectively market distance education programs, especially for K–12 students, but also with appropriate marketing focus and support on post-secondary distance education options.
- Provide support and guidance in both copywriting and copyediting for distance education materials, ranging from advertising to communication projects.
- Assist the School of Distance Education and Griggs International Academy with social media pages and paid ads.
- Assist the School of Distance Education with the annual consortium packet and the annual campaign for University Credit for High School Students.
- Monitor the School of Distance Education and Griggs International Academy websites and communicate with web team(s) to update information and address online enrollment issues.
- Assist in coordinating office events for the University, its School of Distance Education and Griggs International Academy.
- Orders promotional items for recruitment and conventions.
