General Description
We are searching for a highly motiated and experienced Facilities Manager to oersee all aspects of our facility operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our buildings, production equipment, and utilities. Will lead a team of maintenance personnel, manage budgets, and implement preentatie maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize production.

Oersee the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance actiities for the facility and production equipment. Monitor the operation of building systems like heating,

- Manage the department budget and ensure efficient use of resources. Identify and source spare parts to maintain proper inentory le

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Required: Preentati- e maintenance experience
- High School Diploma and 10 years of plant maintenance experience with increasing leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to use automated building and equipment controls.
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Architecture
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance management
