Organization: QA Analysts contribute to Anedot's Operations by working on the Service team.

QA Analysts are supervised by the Director of Service and work very closely with our Product team to ensure that new additions to our product work properly, behave securely, and are easy to use.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Review and test new pull requests on QA servers for quality and accuracy.
2. Identify and assess risk and/or problems associated with new features before release.
3. Continually work through the platform testing features and functionality to help prevent regressions.
4. When needed, handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and process customer account applications when needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
• Expert task/time management
• Servant leadership with deep amount of patience and empathy
• Excellent Communication (and active listening), critical thinking, self-management, and risk management
• Efficient prioritization and time management of chat, email, phone calls, and tasks
• Coachable
• Additionally, the ideal candidate has general programming experience and preferred knowledge of Ruby on Rails and/or React.
