As a Customer Service Assistant , you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
You will play a key role in representing the company, maintaining its reputation, and delivering high-quality service across all customer touchpoints.
Your goal is to provide a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem, selecting the best solution, and ensuring it is executed effectively.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and ensuring accurate documentation of interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Monitor customer feedback to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes or products.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience.
