Administrative Office – Flexible Hours between 8am-6pm
Angelini Wine, Ltd. is a small importer/distributor of fine wines and spirits located in Centerbrook, CT. We have been in business over 30 years and service clients in 14 states as well as hundreds of liquor stores and restaurants throughout CT.
Angelini Wine Ltd. has a 30-40hr per week/flexible hours (between 8am-6pm) position available in our Centerbrook, CT office.
Responsibilities:
A/R
Data entry
Client Invoicing
Answering phones and customer service requests
Compliance Reports
Light graphics projects
Required Skills:
Accurate Data Entry skills – Attn to detail and numbers a Must!
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Pleasant phone skills and people skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at the same time
Ability to meet deadlines
Flexibility to help others when needed
Software Experience:
Word
Excel
Sage software experience is helpful but not required
Graphics software is very helpful (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Canva)
Education/Experience:
HS diploma or higher
Minimum of 5 years office experience and some A/R experience preferable
Salary:
$15-17/hr
