Angelo’s Italian Market is an Italian family owned business. Since 1991, we have been offering an abundance of meats, cheeses, imported gourmet Italian groceries and fine dining in Venice, Florida.

We are a small family run business, with a fast paced and fun environment.

Head Chef

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation for all dine-in, take-out, and catering orders.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a head chef or sous chef position.
- Specialization in Italian cuisine and Italian - American cuisine.
- Proven ability to lead a team.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 per week
