Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls in a supportive and professional manner.
- Schedule staff and caregivers effectively.
- Assist with compliance requirements for caregivers.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy with dignity and respect.
- Support the office team and clients as needed.
- Collaborate with the Field Service Coordinator and Marketer to understand patient needs and schedule qualified caregivers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in Home Care or a similar field.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume calls, recruitment, and scheduling.
- Exceptional administrative and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and take on additional projects.
- Independent worker with strong tech skills (Microsoft Office and Scheduling Platforms).
Schedule:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday (8am-4:30pm)
